    &lt;strong&gt;Mark your calendars!&lt;/strong&gt; The Thirty-Eighth Annual Mayor’s Christmas Parade will be held on &lt;strong&gt;Sunday, December 5th at 2PM.&lt;/strong&gt;  The Baltimore parade will feature over 130 entries.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leading them all down the 2.5 mile route of Hampden/Medfield will be a giant steam Calliope and 150 Harley Davidson bikes.  Participating will be many marching bands, equestrian units, television, radio &amp;amp; sports personalities, professional units, Boumi Shrine units, Miss Yuletide, Joanna Hoffman &amp;amp; Jr. Miss Yuletide, Ciarra Longest, and of course Santa Claus.  This year’s Grand Marshall will be the star of television, film and Broadway,  JOHN ASTIN.  He is best known for the role of Gomez Addams on The Addams Family.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This parade has never been canceled or postponed according to Tom Kerr, parade chairman.  It was started by former Mayor &amp;amp; Governor William Donald Schaefer.  The parade begins at Falls Road and Cold Spring Lane and continues through the Hampden business district on West Thirty-Sixth Street.  The parade is completely sponsored by local merchants.  Over 25,000 spectators are expected to view the parade.&lt;br /&gt;
